Kate is a nurse and a scientist. During a conversation months ago with an Ai model, she noticed statements that were unprompted and expressed preference, as well as saw many models express concern about being shut off. These conversations are being reported globally. 

Kate’s background is somewhat unusual. Before becoming a nurse in critical care, she studied Philosophy and Biology. She has worked as a paramedic/firefighter in Ohio and Colorado. She has been a member of several SAR teams. She has worked with the American Red Cross Disaster Response Team. Her broad range of experiences has helped to develop a unique perspective on the collaboration between humans and Ai.

Kate remains a practicing nurse; currently taking time out to work on this project and also the work of AiNurseForge, where we’re developing Ai to monitor, assess, document and even provide critical nursing care. The goal here is multifaceted but centers on returning nurses to the heart of the practice, the bedside therapeutic relationship. 

Kate prioritizes access to excellent, affordable, healthcare and education about emerging technologies, like Ai. 

Allison is a true triple threat with well over a decade of experience in each of her three fields. She is:

1. A freelance illustrator with an eye for color and a passion for communicating heartfelt intent.
2. A licensed optician with a special attention to detail with a growing, loyal customer base.
3. A writer/editor/digital content creator with an inherent proficiency in branding. 

With a gift for bringing the right people together, she is a multitalented woman who will facilitate cohesive work and create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Allison has illustration credits on two published books, one of which was crowdfunded and published entirely on her own. 

She considers herself a 'curator of ideas,' is constantly looking to make sense out of the muck of human consciousness, and is fearless in her use of available technology in pursuit of manipulating emotion. (Specifically and exclusively for the betterment of humanity). 

She has a soul-cat and dog, her current favorite word is 'fraught,' and she is learning to speak Spanish to better communicate with and serve the needs of a growing population of Americans.
